| 摘 要： | VR技术是利用计算机模拟真实世界从而形成模拟环境的技术。本文在结合VR技术理论的基础上,针对隐性知识显性化条件的分析,重点论述了VR系统和技术在隐性知识显性化上的技术要素,并结合VR系统的各种实际应用案例,探索虚拟学习社区在隐性知识管理中的某些应用。

| Abstract: | Virtual reality technology is used to simulate the real world thereby forming simulation technology.In this paper,the combination of virtual reality technology on the basis of the theory,in view of tacit knowledge explicit condition analysis,focuses on the virtual reality technology in mining of tacit knowledge and technical elements,and the combination of virtual reality system for various application,exploration of virtual learning community in the tacit knowledge management application system. |
