| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨三种治疗异位妊娠方法的优缺点.方法:根据71例的异位妊娠病人的病情选择,分成药物保守治疗组、腹腔镜治疗组、剖腹手术治疗组进行分析.结果:药物保守治疗组住院时间长、疗效不确切,但成功者可避免手术.两组手术病人比较,将手术损伤、术后恢复进行统计学分析有明显差异(P＜0.05).结论:腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠是异位妊娠治疗的最佳方案.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the advantage and disadvantage of three kinds therapies on heterotopic pregnancy.Methods:According to the conditions of 71 cases with heterotopic pregnancy the patients were divided into three groups(conservative drug-healing group;peritoneoscope group and caesarean operation group). Results: The patients in conservative drug-healing group had to be in hospital for a long time and the exact effect could not be achieved. However,the successful patients in this group could avoid the operation.After statistical analysis of the operation injury and postoperative recovery, distinct differences were found(P<0.05 0.01). Conclusion:Peritoneoscope therapy is the best way to treat heterotopic pregnancy. |
