| 摘 要： | 知识经济社会的到来为图书馆带来前所未有的机遇与挑战，知识服务将成为21世纪图书情报机构面向未来发展的战略选择。本文就图书馆知识服务的内涵及其必要性进行了简要的论述，并从馆员素质层面提出图书馆为实现知识服务应做的准备。
