| 摘 要： | 通过体外实验和断奶仔猪饲养试验研究了包被复合酸化剂(简称复合酸化剂)的抑菌效果及其对断奶仔猪抗腹泻效果和生产性能的影响.体外试验结果表明,采用抑菌圈法对不同浓度的复合酸化剂进行比较时,以0.2%的浓度显示出较强的抑菌效果,对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和乳酸杆菌的抑菌圈直径分别达到了15.0、16.8和13.0 mm.仔猪饲养实验结果表明:与不合酸化剂的对照组或有机酸化剂组相比,在基础日粮中添加了0.2%的包被复合酸化剂可以进一步提高仔猪的生长速度及饲料转化率,同时可以降低仔猪的腹泻率.

| Abstract: | Pig starter's feeding trial were carried out to study the pig starter's antidiarrheic effect and production performance of the complex acidified agent(CAA).The result of the feeding trial showed that when the same amounts CAA and the single one were compared,adopting AGP method,0.2% amount group implied higher antibiosis effect,it's antibiosis ranges were 15.0mm of colicdibacillosis and 16.8mm of gut salmonellosis,accordingly,and have protective function on EM of (antibiosis range 13.0mm)Pig starter's feeding trial showed that compared with the single one,basic diet added with 0.2% CAA could enhance piglet's growth and feed transited rate and reduce piglet's diarrheic rate as well. |
