生态教学是应用型人才培养的有效途径之一,应用型人才培养需要生态教学环境的创建。文章从构造课堂教学的生态环境,达到环境内各因素和谐统一;提升学生的健全人格,培养学生的信心、责任、意识以及做人的道理;发挥学生的主体作用,养成主动学习的良好习惯;培养学生的实践能力,形成课内和课外的有机统一;注重资源的有效整合,发挥多种资源的合力等方面探讨了完善滁州学院应用型人才培养的生态教学途径。
