| Abstract: | University students from ethnic minority regions tend to have passive psychology like inferiority complex,anxiety and depression.School authorities should adopt special ways in education and management to teach them according to their aptitude,help them adjust their attitudes towards study and give concern to their psychological problems in order to improve their intellectual quality. |
