静脉输液的护理安全管理

目的：探讨静脉输液安全管理方法,能尽快发现和解决静脉输液护理工作过程中存在的不安全因素,保障静脉输液护理质量,维持有序的临床护理工作的顺利进行,为患者提供安全、有效的静脉输液护理,保证患者静脉输液过程的顺利、安全,避免护患不良事件的发生和医疗事故的发生。方法：根据广西中医药大学附属医院急诊科现况,找出静脉输液过程中存在的不安全的原因,制定出了静脉输液安全管理的措施。结果：广西中医药大学附属医院急诊科护理人员增强主动服务的意识,静脉输液的质量得到很大程度的提高,静脉输液的不安全因素明显下降,静脉输液护理安全管理的加强,广西中医药大学附属医院急诊科静脉输液护理的护理质量得到很大的提高,安全隐患明显降低,患者满意度明显提高。结论：对静脉输液护理进行安全管理在提高患者的治疗效果、减少患者的意外情况发生、减少医疗事故等方面,具有很强的实效意义。

Results： Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University emergency department nurses awareness of active service, the quality of intravenous infusion has been greatly improved, insecurity intravenous infusion decreased significantly, strengthen intravenous infusion nursing safety management in Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine quality of care intravenous infusion Affiliated hospital emergency department care has been greatly improved, significantly reduce security risks, patient satisfaction has improved significantly. Conclusion： Intravenous infusion nursing safety management in improving patient outcomes and reduce the patient＇s accident occurred, reduce medical errors, etc., has a strong pragmatic significance.
