摘    要:本文对热处理连续玄武岩纤堆进行了电镜扫描及化学稳定性的测试,初步探讨了结构与化学稳定性之间的关系。结果表明:在一定范围内随着热处理温度的升高,晶体结构发展趋于完善,化学稳定性提高。当温度继续提高时,则连续玄武岩纤维发生了晶体结构的改变。

Abstract:In this paper, continuous basalt fibre (CBF) is scanned by electro microscope and tested on its chemical stability after heat treatment and the relationship between the structure and chemical stability of CBF is briefly discussed. The experimental result shows that the crystal structure of CBF becomes more complete and thus enhances the chemical stability of CBF when temperature rises in a particular range during heat treatment. If temperature continuously increases beyond the particular range, the crystal structure of CBF will be essentially altered.
