新时期我国体育课程管理体制决策权力的整合机制研究

摘    要:运用文献资料法,对新时期我国由集权化的体育课程管理体制向三级课程管理体制演变进行了分析,探讨了新时期体育课程三级管理体制需解决的问题。研究表明,应进一步健全中央课程管理机构的设置及其权力的划分;制定地方课程管理权力的限度;并加强对其监督和制约;建立系统的体育课程管理规范;改革单一、陈旧的体育课程管理手段。

Abstract:This paper uses documents to analyze the development from centralized physical education management to the three - class curriculum managerial system in the new period of China. And it discusses the problems of the latter that needs sol ving. Research shows that we should further establish the central curriculum managerial organization and division of power, and meanwhile, draw up the limits of local curriculum managerial authority. We should also strengthen its supervision and restriction, establish systematic physical education managerial standard and reform the monotonous and outdated methods of physical education management.
