浅议研究生教育收费制度改革

针对已经开始启动的研究生教育收费改革,在介绍了我国研究生教育收费情况的历史后,从理论和实际两个方面,充分论证了研究生教育收费的必要性,同时考虑可能产生的弊端,最终将研究生教育收费统一于效率、公平和人的发展,建议在参考国外经验的基础上,要充分考虑我国国情。

Discussion on Reform of Tuition and Fee System of Postgraduate Education

The paper aims at the reform in tuition and fee system of postgraduate education. It firstly reviews on the history of tuition and fee system in China and makes an in-depth discussion from practice and theory the necessity of charging. In the same breath, it brings attention the possible drawbacks of the system. The paper finally proposes that we should learn from the practice of some western countries while taking a full consideration of our situation toestablish a fair and efficient tuition and fee system.
