组织创新气氛对员工心理赋能的影响研究

摘    要:组织创新气氛是指员工对组织政策、管理行为、组织流程以及其它创新支持要素产生的主观认知.心理赋能是个体通过对工作情境的评价而形成的内在动机状态,这是一个可变的状态变量.以知识型员工为研究对象,探讨了组织创新气氛对员工心理赋能的影响,结论表明,创新气氛的各个维度对心理赋能均有显著性的影响.
