以经营城市的理念推进苏北地区的城市化进程

苏北是指江苏省北部的徐州、连云港、盐城、淮安、宿迁五市。长期以来，该地区的城市化水平都比较低，其中最主要的制约因素就是城建资金的不足。经营城市理念的提出为苏北有效地解决资金问题提供了机遇。最终促进城市综合竞争力的提高和城市的可持续发展。

To Advance the Process of Urbanization by the Theory of Management City in the Northern Districts of Jiangsu Province

Northern districts of Jiangsu Province includes the five cities of Xuzhou, Lianyungang, Yancheng, Huai ＇an and Suqian. For a long time, these cities have low levels in cities urbanization mainly because of lacking of enough fund for cities construction. The theory of management city gives these districts an opportunity to solve the problem of fund efficiently so that to advance their integrated competition ability and sustainable development. This paper discusses the main contents of the theory of management city in the northern districts of Jiangsu province, and also points out some tips we should pay attention to in future.
