| 摘 要： | 企业绩效是经营管理相关者一直关注的主题,<绩效主义毁了索尼>一文引起学界对企业绩效的再思考.基于复杂科学管理分析企业复杂系统的特性,结合协同学理论研究表明企业自组织模式是系统的主序参量,是决定企业绩效的慢变量;企业系统对资源的整合模式、优势资源是系统的次序参量,是影响企业绩效的关键因素;并根据主次序参量分析提升企业绩效的途径.
