| 摘 要： | 人类早期的历史是一部以开发食物资源为主要内容的历史,黄河三角洲早期的农耕文明与渔盐业生产,为黄河三角洲地区提供了丰富独特的饮食物产,经过长期的历史演变在民间逐步形成了独具特色的"礼"、"孝"、"和"的饮食文化观,影响着人们的日常行为规范。

| Abstract: | Developing food resources is the history of the early human beings. Early farm cultivation, fishery and salt industry provided abundant and particular dietetic materials in the region of Yellow River Delta.During the long historical evolvement the unusual view on dietetic culture came into being, which contented "courtesy, fealty, amalgamation" and influenced on the common behavior. |
