| Abstract: | During the period of Late Qing dynasty and Early Republic of China, new thoughts on Aid-the-poor emerged with the livelihood problems of the poor. The varied factors, which caused the emergence of the poor, diversify the solutions to the problem. The thoughts on Aid-the-poor are of great significance in modern China, and can be used for reference today. |
