| 摘 要： | 高职院校学生核心职业能力培养要以现代教育理念为引领,以经济建设和社会发展服务为目标,满足企业发展和适合学生成长需求。在培养实践中,要构建标准的专业课程体系;改革课程组织方式与教学模式;强化实践环节,在实践中培养学生职业核心能力;加强师资力量建设,保障人才培养的质量。

| Abstract: | The development of vocational college leaded by modern education ＇concept treats the services of economic construction and social development as goals,and meet the pursuit of enterprise development and growing of students. The reform of course structure and teaching mode is completed by constructing the curriculum system of the occupation core ability training. In the process,the students＇ practical ability is gradually improved, The quality of personnel training is ensured by strengthening teachers team,the core professional ability is cultivated in the practice,the students＇ professional skills and core professional ability is improved in this process. |
