| 摘 要： | 研究产业集群中协同创新与知识产权的关系意义重大，协同创新与知识产权是一种既对立又统一的关系，协同创新过程本质上是知识产权的应用和获得过程，知识产权所具有的独占性等基本属性与协同创新所具有的知识共享等特征存在一定的冲突，需要通过政府引导、建立知识产权价值评估体系和知识产权管理平台等措施来解决这些问题。

| Abstract: | In essence, the implementation d collaborative innovation is a process of acquisition and application of intellectual property. There is a contlict between the exclusive attribute of the intellectual property and the sharing attribute of the collaborative innovation. Therefore the government should establish the assessment system of intellectual property to solve the problems. |
