| 摘 要： | 通过设置指标揭示影响高校舆情强度的主要因素，在此基础上分析各指标之间的联系和归属，构建高校舆情强度评测指标体系，通过层次分析法和专家群判断法对各级指标进行赋权。同时根据各指标的内涵对高校舆情应对工作提出建议，以便高校充分发挥该体系的预警、建议和统计功能。

Study on Construction and Application of the University Public Opinion Strength Evaluation Index System |

| Abstract: | By setting the indicators reveal the main factors which influencing the university public opinion strength, this paper analysed the connection and attribution between the indicators, constructed the university public opinion strength evaluation index system, through the analytic hierarchy process and experts judgment method to weight the indicators. The suggestions on how to response to public opinion were given, in order to play the role of the system of the early warning, advice and statistical functions. |
