| 摘 要： | 司马迁重商思想的形成，主要是基于对汉武帝时期社会现实问题的观察和认识。由《史记·货殖列传》可以看出司马迁有关商业应与农林工并举、商人应有的素质以厦政府应对商业如何管理的主张和认识。

| Abstract: | Based on the observation and understanding of the social question in the period of Martial emperor of Han Dynasty, Sima Qian has formed his mercantihst ideas. From Records of the Historian： Collected Biogrophies of the Commercial and Industrial Management we can understand Sima Qian＇s mercantilist ideas： the simultaneous development of business, agriculture, forestry and industry, the merchants＇ qualities, as well as the government＇s management to the business. |
