摘    要:对转基因常用的物理方法进行系统的介绍,包括各种基因转化技术产生的生物效应、转基因的基本原理和影响因素等。重点综述超声波介导法、激光微束导入法、基因枪轰击法,并对物理方法转基因进行综合评价和技术应用展望。

Abstract:The paper mainly discusses the commonly-used physical methods in gene transfer' which includeihe basic principles,the biological effect and the influencing factors in gene transfer, reviews utrasound-mediated method, microtaserbea method and gene gun bombardment method and. makes a comprehensive appraisal of the gene transfer by physical methods and a prospect into the technological application.
