浅论新时期高校高层次人才队伍的建设

随着形势不断发展变化,高校高层次人才队伍建设成为高校“人才强校“战略的重中之重.本文分析当前高校高层次人才队伍建设中存在的困难和问题,提出坚持党管人才原则、建设学科特区、加大引智力度、培育创新团队等四个方面的思路.

On the Building of a Team of High- level College Faculty in the New Period

With the continual change of situati ons,the building of a team of high -le vel college faculty has become the core of the tactic of"bettering a school by means of obtain ing more talented people."This paper analyses the difficulties and problems durin g the course of achieving the goal and puts forward four suggestions:stic king to the rule that talents are directly under the supervision of the Party,constr ucting special subject zones,speed ing up the pace of introducing more brains to th e school,and fostering a team of facu lty that has initiatives.
