普米克都保加沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗哮喘临床疗效观察

目的探讨长期吸入普米克都保气雾剂和间断吸入沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗哮喘的临床疗效。方法 208例哮喘患者均来自呼吸科门诊,予长期吸入普米克都保气雾剂和间断吸入沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,观察其哮喘控制效果（ACT）和最大呼吸气流量（PEF）。治疗前,208例观察对象的ACT的平均得分为14.7±3.6,PEF平均水平为315.5±98.2。经过治疗后,ACT评分和PEF分别为21.3±3.3和352.1±103.7,经检验,2项指标前后差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗过程中并未出现不良反应者。结论长期吸入普米克都保气雾剂和间断吸入沙丁胺醇气雾剂可有效控制哮喘发作。

Clinical Observationon the Therapeutic Effect of Pulmicort Turbuhaler and Salbutamol Aerosols on Patients with Asthma

Objective To ivestigate the long term clinical efficacy of Pulmicort Turbuhaler and intermittent suction Salbutamol Aerosols in interruption Asthma.Methods 208 asthmatic patients were from the department of respiration,and they were treated with Pulmicort Turbuhaler and intermittent suction Salbutamol Aerosols a long time. To observe the Asthma Control Effect（ACT）and the Peak Expiratory Flow Rate（PEF）. Before treatment,the average score of ACT of 208 cases of objects is 14.7 ± 3.6, the average level of PEF is 315.5 ± 98.2. After treatment, scores of ACT is 21.3 ± 3.3 and PEF is 352.1 ± 103.7,After the inspection, two assays all hav statistical significance in differences before and after treatment（P〈0.05）. Adverse reactions did not appear in the process of treatment.Conclusions Asthmatic attack can be effectively controlled by long-term inhaled Pulmicort Turbuhaler Aerosols and inhalation of Salbutamol Aerosols.
