| 摘 要： | 本文以高等教育成本分担与补偿理论为基础，论述了国际比较通行的高等教育资助方式。在我国高等教育全面实行上学缴费制度后，贷款在学生缴纳学费和杂费中发挥的作用越来越大，奖学金等其它方式处于一种辅助的作用，如何在资助体系中协调好贷款与其它资助方式的关系，发挥它们的合理有效作用，就成为我国高等教育资助体系所面临的挑战。借鉴国外资助制度的经验，作者对我国资助方式的合理化选择提出建议。
