| 摘 要： | 就维护国家安全利益、争取世界友好、高举社会主义伟大旗帜、推进祖国统一大业四个方面看,周思来的“求同存异”思想和邓小平的“一国两制”构想有很多一致性。可以说,“一国两制”构想既是对“求同存异”思想科学、合理的继承,又根据时代特征增添了许多新的内容。
