| 摘 要： | 本文针对当前开展健美操教学的现状,通过对苏州市吴中区碧波中学和长桥中学以及昆山国际学校等几所中学学生健美操课中的生理、心理及喜爱程度等方面的调查研究,全面了解和分析了中学开展健美操的情况,并提出了相关的建议,以推动中学健美操运动的开展。

| Abstract: | In order to comprehend and analyze the current situation of aerobics teaching in high schools,an investigation is carried out,in which the physiology,psychology and fondness of students were surveyed or involved.The suggestion,results and conclusion were made in this paper.The samples were collected from Bibo Middle School,Changqiao Middle School and Kunshan International School,Suzhou,Jiangsu Province. |
