| 摘 要： | 网络教育弥补了传统教学形式的不足，学习者具有完全自主的选择权利，教学方法表现为网络化、多媒体化。教育模式更为开放，教育资源可以实现高度共享。办学层次为多层次、多形式、多规格，使不进校门的终身教育成为现实。网络教育教学平台体系的建设包括高速的多媒体计算机网络系统、网络教学资源及信息交互系统。
