| Abstract: | Elaborate management is a kind of managing concept from corporate production.Cultivating talents in high vocational colleges elaborately is a necessary feasibility choice.Correctly understanding the connation and substance of cultivating talents elaborately,mastering the characters accurately,avoiding to appear the know misunderstanding and behavior declination,which has important significance to unify thought and lead the practice. |
