中西文化的本质差异及其启示

中国文化和西方文化是世界文化的重要组成部分。因为生长环境的差异，加上交通阻隔。中西文化在基本型态、在人与自然和社会的关系、在价值取向等方面都表现出各自不同的特质。面对全球化时代的到来，如何正确地看待中国文化和西方文化，取人之长，补己之短，建立起开放、宽容和进取的新型文化观，显然具有十分重要的现实意义。

The Essential Distinction of Eastern and Western Culture and the Enlightment

Abstract: The eastern and western culture are important components of the world culture. Because of the different growing environment and the traffic seperation, the eastern and western culture display their own special characteristics in basic formation, the relationship of man, nature and society and in value, etc.. As the coming of time of globalization, it is apparently of great realistic meaning to judge the Chinese culture and western culture collectly, to learn from each other to make up deficiencies and to have new type of open, tolerant and initiative cultural point of view.
