| 摘 要： | 从投入—收益视角看,在高等教育投入逐年增加的情况下,教育回报却在逐渐减少,这是导致大学生学校认同强度降低的主要原因之一。高等院校可以通过关注学生的收益期望、努力拓展更多的融资渠道、完善大学教师评价体系,规范管理制度,明确教学在大学教育中的重要地位和作用等措施来改善这种状况。

| Abstract: | In perspective of cost-benefit analysis,it is stated that benefit rate from higher education is decreasing while students' higher education expansion is increasing year by year.This might be the main reason that caused the weakening higher education students' school-identity.Universities may change the situation by(1)attaching more attention to the students' desire;(2)finding more ways to get financial support;(3)improving education management system,especially that of teacher assessment;and(4)emphasizing the importance of teaching. |
