On the Integrality of Moral and Law

In the environment of perfecting the Law construction , President Jiang Ze min puts forward the theory of governing our country with ethic. This theory is the further perfection and development of strategies of governing our country . The idea discusses law control and ethic control in higher position of governing strategies. It empasizes the interaction promotion of the two elements . My thesis tries to demonstrate the contents of such strategies from the point of necessity and realization of close combination of law control and ethic control. Attentive understanding and realization of such theory would have profound impact on our politics .economy and cultural construction.
