| 摘 要： | 21世纪用人单位最看重大学生的团队合作精神,团队精神正在成为具有时代精神的道德品质规范。团队精神与集体主义和而不同,可以优势互补。团队精神产生的前提是环境和机制,团队精神的本质是"人品管理"。德育要营造的就是团队磁场、团队思想。而团队思想的细化就是遵纪守法理念强化,是公共意识、尊重意识、感恩意识和责任意识的唤醒。

| Abstract: | In the 21st century,the employing institutions attach the greatest importance to the team spirit of college students because team spirit has been the moral standard of the times.Team spirit and collectivism are different and supplementary.The precondition for the forming of team spirit is environment and mechanism,and its nature is "human-quality control".Moral education aims to cultivate team solidarity and team spirit which consists of the cultivation of public consciousness,consciousness of consideration,and consciousness of gratitude and responsibility as well as the following of regulations and laws. |
