| 摘 要： | 本文设计了企业知识产权保护的决定及自主创新与剽窃的博弈模型,推导出企业自主创新与知识产权保护概率的决定因素。分析了我国企业目前知识产权保护存在的问题,针对问题提出了有效保护知识产权促进自主创新的前瞻性对策,从而为企业或政府的创新政策提供参考。
