社会转型时期,非营利组织在我国迅速发展,其在公益性信息服务中的作用和地位日益突显。然而,随着社会主义市场经济体制的深度发展,非营利组织在开展公益性信息服务方面陷入了困境。该文在概述非营利组织开展公益性信息服务的基础上,分析了其在公益性信息服务方面遇到的困境,并提出了相应的解决对策。

Puzzle and Way-out of Non-profit Organizations Carrying out the Information Service for Public Welfare in the Social Transition Period

In the social transition period,with the rapid development of non-profit organizations in our country, NPOs＇ role and position in the information service for public welfare increasingly become prominent. However, with the depth development of the socialist market economic system, the development of non-profit organizations to carry out public information services has sunk in hot water. This paper based on an overview of non-profit organizations that carrying out public information service, analyses their difficulties and propose the corresponding countermeasures.
