| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作是经济工作和其它一切工作的生命线，重视思想政治工作是我们党的优良传统和政治优势，在经济全球化和中国加入WTO的新形势下，思想政治工作者要适应形势，树立“以人为本”的现代管理理念，把思想政治工作和行政，业务管理工作有机结合起来，寻找思想政治工作的新途径和新方法，把思想政治工作落到实处。

| Abstract: | The ideological and political construction is the lifeline of the economy and other work,So to attach importance to itis our Party's good tradition and political advantage.Under the new situation economy globalization and China's entrance to WTO,the educators should fit for the situation,setup the humanism manage ment theory,combine the ideologial and political construction with management,search for a new route and approach to adopt work able measures. |
