Reflections on Teacher's Professional Development under Current School Management Model

Nowadays, the restricts on teacher's professional development from the division of labor in the organization,bureaucratic system, labor relation and its administration strategies in the market economic system under the mode of modern school management lay many limits on the possibility of teacher's professional improvement, exclude their self-decision on professional development, and depress the internal driving force of professional development. So under the framework of current school management, we should respect teacher's individualized choice of professional development and their initiative and independence of improvement as intellectual workers in order to improve the environment of teacher's professional development, and to meet the current demand of education for the complete and expandable profession.
