现行学校管理模式下教师专业发展审视

摘    要:现行学校管理模式下的组织内部分工制度、科层制的组织规则与程序、市场体制的劳动关系及其管理策略等,形成了对现阶段教师专业发展的一系列约束,限制了教师专业能力发展的空间,降低了促进教师专业发展的内驱力,排斥了教师专业发展上的自主选择.在现行学校管理体制框架下,改善教师专业发展的环境,应注重教师在专业发展上的个性化选择,满足教师作为知识型员工专业发展的主动性和自主性,以适应教育教学工作对教师专业全面性与发展性的要求.

Abstract:Nowadays, the restricts on teacher's professional development from the division of labor in the organization,bureaucratic system, labor relation and its administration strategies in the market economic system under the mode of modern school management lay many limits on the possibility of teacher's professional improvement, exclude their self-decision on professional development, and depress the internal driving force of professional development. So under the framework of current school management, we should respect teacher's individualized choice of professional development and their initiative and independence of improvement as intellectual workers in order to improve the environment of teacher's professional development, and to meet the current demand of education for the complete and expandable profession.
