| 摘 要： | 提高和改善妇女地位是人类文明进步的重要标志。联合国的宗旨之一便是不分种族、性别或宗教,增进并激励对于全体人类之人权及基本自由的尊重。然而,几个世纪以来,妇女在社会中一直处于屈从和边缘化的地位。争取教育权利平等是女性教育保护的基础,保障人人享有平等的教育权利的根本保证在于加强法制建设。

| Abstract: | Increasing and improving the female's status has been an important index of the advancement of the civilization of human race. One of the United Nations' aims is to inspire and build up the respect for the human right and basic freedom of the whole human race. Female, however, has been put in a position of yielding to male in social life for centuries. Striving for equal education is a basis of protecting female 's human right. Ensuring everyone to share equal education opportunity depends on the reinforcement of the legal system construction. |
