| 摘 要： | 作为思想政治教育工作者,辅导员对大学生思想政治教育负有重要责任,但在实际工作中,高校辅导员思想教育职能往往发挥不够。通过对辅导员思想政治工作现状的讨论,提出辅导员做好思想政治工作的几点思考。
