| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后，中国金融业必需通过金融创新实现银行再造，才能迎接新的挑战，本在对中国金融深化趋势分析的基础上，以金融深化理论作为分析工具，对中国商业银行加入WTO后所面临的机遇和挑战进行论述并且提出了商业银行再造的思路。

On base financial deepening tendency, making use of financial deepening theory to regard it as analysis means, the thesis discussed what is commercial bank in China faced with opportunity and challenge after joining WTO. At the same time, the thesis put forward thinking of the bank recreation. |
