| 摘 要： | 幼儿园人性化管理必须树立“依靠人”的全新管理理念,“尊重人”的最高管理经营宗旨,明确“开发人的潜能”是主要的管理任务,“凝聚人的合力”是组织有效营运的保证,“人的全面发展”是管理的终极目标。幼儿园实施人性化管理主要应注意营造环境,挖掘潜力,合理激励,科学评价。

| Abstract: | In kindergartens,the humanistic management calls for the brand-new management idea "depending on people",in which "respecting people" is the highest aim of management,"developing people's latent talent" is the major task of management,"gathering people's concerted effort" is the guarantee of effective operation,"people's development in all fields" is the ultimate aim of management.The humanistic management in kindergartens should be connected with the construction of environment,exploitation of potentialities,suitable encouragement and scientific evaluation. |
