基于C8051单片机的吸塑机温度控制器的实现

摘    要:采用偏差e和偏差变化率ec的变化规律为依据的模糊PID控制算法,对吸塑机工作过程中难以整定的温度参数进行在线修正,建立模糊控制规则的监控系统表。并根据该算法设计了一套基于C8051F005的控制系统,用于对吸塑机监控的温度变化和工作状态进行监控检测。结果表明,该控制系统提高了控制精度,减小超调量及静态误差,缩短了调整过程时间。

Abstract:Fuzzy PID control algorithm based on the change of deviation e and deviation change rate ec was applied to establish a fuzzy control monitoring system tablet to achieve on-line coordination of the temperature parameters in packing machine operation.Then a control system based on C8051F005 was designed according to the algorithm,which could monitor the temperature change and the working of the packing machine.The results indicated that the control system could enhance control accuracy,lessen overshoot and static error and reduce the time of adjustment process.
