基于有效教学的教师心态

摘    要:有效教学需要有效的教学行为,有效教学行为的载体是有效教师,有效教师的有效教学行为的前提是教师的心态。求静的社会心态、求纯的教育心态和求实的教学心态是教师有效教学的重要保障。提高教师的地位与待遇,创造宽松和谐的教育氛围,教师自身增长知识与坚定信念是教师养成良好、积极心态的主要途径。

Abstract:Effective teaching requires effective teaching activities with efficient teachers as its carriers and the premise of which is the teachers' mentality.A mentality which is peacefully social,purely educational and substantively teaching is an important guarantee for effective teaching.Improving the status and treatment of teachers,creating a relaxed and harmonious educational environment,Achieving intellectual growth and keeping faith are the main ways to help teachers develop a good and positive mentality.
