| 摘 要： | 要实现地震灾后重建形势下农村中学英语教育的发展和飞跃,教师的专业发展是一个核心要素。在新的形势下,灾区农村中学英语教师必须融入教育重建的潮流,以农村中学英语教育的大发展和自身能力的大提升为目标,不断学习、反思、改革,从而适应灾后教育发展的需要。同时,教育教研主管部门必须把握城乡教育均衡发展的需求,深刻分析存在的问题,从实际出发,以人为本,制定符合农村英语教师发展的规划,确保教师的身心健康和专业能力得到可持续的发展,从而保证灾后重建中农村中学英语教育能得到有效的提升和发展。
