| 摘 要： | 政府放宽非公有制经济市场准入等政策措施,固然是非公有制经济发展的机遇和福音,但更是空前严峻的挑战。因此,非公有制经济人士务必保持清醒的头脑,充分认识面临的种种困难和矛盾,谨慎而行,才真正可能在新的产业部门有所作为。
