| 摘 要： | 社会主义文化建设是社会主义社会的重要组成部分，在社会主义现代化建设中占有重要的战略地位。江泽民继承和发展了毛泽东、邓小平关于社会主义文化建设的思想，形成了系统的关于社会主义文化建设的基本纲领、基本原则、基本措施等。江泽民社会主义文化建设思想的特点表现为：实践基础上的科学性、与时俱进的创新性、结构严谨的系统性、立足国情的民族性。

| Abstract: | Socialist culture construction is an important component of the socialist society,occupy the important strategic position in socialist modernization drive.JIANG Ze-min has inheritted and developed the thoughts about the socialist cultural construction of MAO Ze-dong and DENG Xiao-ping,have formed the system about the socialism cultural construction basic program,the basic principle,the basic measure and so on.The characteristic of JIANG Ze-min's socialist cultural construction thought is shown as: science,innovative systematicness of a tightly knit structure of growing with each passing hour,basing on the national characteristics of the national conditions on practice foundation. |
