对普通高校体育师资队伍建设的探讨

运用调查访问等方法，对全国部分普通高校的体育部（室）青年体育师资状况进行了分析研究。研究结果表明，目前普通高校青年体育师资专业技术水平较高，适应教学能力较强，但基础理论知识不够扎实、学历层次偏低、高级职称比例偏低、科研意识不强、教师流失现象比较严重。然后，针对存在的问题，提出在新形势下培养高校青年师资的基本对策。

The Probe into the Construction of Young Physical Education Teachers in Common Colleges and Universities

Using the methods of investigation,visiting etc,we analyzed and studied the condition of young Physical Education teachers in Physical Education Department of some common colleges and universities in our county. The result indicates: Nowadays, the professional technical level of young Physical Education teachers in common colleges and universities is fairly high, the ability of adapting to teaching is fairly good. But the basic theoretical knowledge is not so sturdy, the level of the record of formal schooling is on the low side, the proportion of senior title is on the low side too, the consciousness of scientific research is not strong, the phenomenon that teachers leave school is fairly serious. Then in view of the existing poblems, We put forward the basic countermeasure of training young Physical Education teachers in colleges and universities under the new situation.
