| 摘 要： | 从素质教育理论分析,适应我国新世纪需要的师范教育模式应该具有主体性、实践性和创新性,其可称为自主———创新模式。建构这一模式可以从更新教育观念、建立新型师生关系、进行思维训练、运用现代教育技术等方面入手。
