| 摘 要： | 农村社区参与旅游业发展已成为一个备受关注的问题，作为利益相关者如何履行自己的权与责，组成一个和谐整体，已成为农村社区能够有效参与旅游业发展的关键．也是实现旅游业可持续发展的基础。我国农村社区参与旅游业发展过程中主要利益主体的权、责、利应进行准确的定位与充分的协调，使社区的发展与旅游业的发展呈现良性五动。

The article tries to analyze the rights and duty of quarters concemed, in order to provide theoretic reference for the tourism development in rural community. |
