| 摘 要： | 当前,知识已成为提高综合国力和国际竞争力的决定性因素,高等教育在国家经济社会发展全局中居于重要地位,通过对各地区高等教育水平的评价分析,有助于客观衡量各地区高等教育的水平,进而为本地区高等教育的发展提出切实可行的政策和措施。本文借助统计学中的因子分析法,通过对全国31个地区的高等教育水平的综合得分和各主要因子的得分进行分析比较,进一步分析各地区高等教育的实力和水平,进而得出促进高等教育发展的几点启示。
