| 摘 要： | 由于受金融危机的影响,大学生的就业形势越来越严峻。本文从影响大学生就业的长期因素和短期因素两个方面,分析了当前高校大学生就业问题的原因,并由此进行深入探究分析,以社会实践与大学生就业能力的关系为出发点,从全员社会实践角度探索提高大学生就业能力的有效途径。
