昆明市旅游生态建设与低碳发展

旅游业是昆明市支柱产业。低碳旅游使其未来发展有了更为丰富的内涵。景区生态建设、“绿色饭店”创建工作、全民环保宣传教育及行业模式的生态化发展，为昆明市旅游业低碳发展奠定了良好基础。昆明市旅游业低碳发展应当注重政府政策法规的导向功能，积极促进产品的转型升级，通过食、住、行、游、购、娱的每一个环节，在各相关行业倡导节约能源、降低碳排放、增强景区的碳汇功能及低碳管理，并在旅游者中推行低碳旅游方式。

Study on Ecological Tourism Construction and Low-carbon Development in Kunming

Tourism industry is one of mainstay industries in Kunming of Yunnan province. The low-carbon tourism endows its development with abundant contents. The ecological construction of the scenic spots, the development of green hotel, environmental protection education and the ecological development model of the industry have laid the good foundations for low-carbon tourism of Kunming. The guiding function of government policy and law should be stressed in low-carbon tourism development to actively promote the tourism products to upgrade and transform by energy saving, reducing carbon emission, improving carbon storage function in scenic spots, lowcarbon management model and to advocate the pattern of low-carbon tourism in every link of food, housing, transportation, travel, shopping, relaxation and the relative trade.
